Efori was born from my own breaking point. After over 15 years in nursing and six years building my own business, I found myself exhausted, disconnected, and unsure of the woman I was becoming. I was giving so much to everyone else, I had nothing left for myself.

But I knew I wasn’t alone.

So many women are moving through life on autopilot, juggling roles, responsibilities, and expectations, while quietly losing touch with who they are.

That’s why I created Efori.
